The project is nearing its first year, and the work is progressing according to plan. Over the past months, efforts have focused on design, coordination and preparations for the next phase. In 2026, the project will take a clear step forward as prototypes begin to be built and tested more extensively.
Two project meetings are planned before the end of the year to follow up on prototype design progress, control strategy discussions, as well as timeline and risk reviews. In parallel, the Communications Team will begin its activities to coordinate and support communication efforts within the project. During December and January, the annual reporting to the CETPartnership will take place. The project will continue to gather input from partners to ensure a clear and up-to-date progress report.
We look forward to an active year ahead as the development moves into a more practical phase and the results start to take shape.
